Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Warranty Information
KeyLynx Technologies Warranty Policy:
All products purchased through KeyLynx are considered Refurbished unless otherwise noted. KeyLynx provides a 90-day parts and labor warranty on all Refurbished products.
Under the 90 warranty the computer are fully covered. Warranty does not cover batteries and software related issues. It does not cover windows software that has been corrupted because of virus and improper installing of software.
Merchandise Return for Service or Repair (Under Warranty):
All Product bought from KeyLynx can be fully returned with in a 14day. After the 14-days the product goes under the 90-day warranty policy.
To request service or repair for equipment that is still under warranty, you must contact KeyLynx within the designated warranty period. If warranty work is required, KeyLynx will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Please include a detailed description of the reason for returning the merchandise. This will speed up the repair and return of your equipment. Any unauthorized RMA or returned product without a RMA will not be accepted and will be returned/refused to the sender at his/her expense. A 15% Restocking fee is applied on all Canceled returns. KeyLynx will ship the repaired or replaced (if necessary) product(s) to you freight prepaid; if you use an address in the U.S. Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect.
NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to KeyLynx, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Data loss is not covered under warranty. Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards.
This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, virus, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by KeyLynx, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by KeyLynx.
